Maddee nodded as he spoke, "Muy, muy bien." she said emphasizing the very. She smiled as she sipped on her mocha once more. "You can sit down, unless you're busy." she looked around at how all the people had left, "Boy, this place sure is a hit." she said laughing a bit. Maddee didn't really feel much hatred towards Aaron now, it was mostly hostility. But for now she would put that beside her. "Are you going to that wedding that's coming up?" she asked looking at him.

Aaron slowly took a seat, so he wouldn’t be rude or anything. He could honestly feel the tension between the two, and he didn’t really want to talk, but then again he tried to not be rude or anything. ”Yeah, I mean, how could anyone hate Starbucks?” he joked. It was a very popular coffee chain as everyone knew, but then again there were the favorites that were locally owned. That was hard to compete with. ”I’m not sure,” he sighed as she thought about the wedding. He was “exceptional” according to Gossip Girl on her blog. ”I’ve never met Giselle or Tyson. I don’t think I would be missed if I don’t go,” he said. Unless Roxi really wanted him to go or something, he probably wouldn’t. It wasn’t really his cup of tea.

Maddee shrugged. "I met Giselle at the party, she was really nice." she shrugged. She looked at him and made a face. "Sorry." she spoke softly, taking a sip of her Mocha. She wanted to be friends with Aaron, but it would be hard because of the feelings she still felt for him. She didn't want to waste the friendship they could have, but she wasn't exactly sure yet, she started off by giving him an apology, then maybe they could blossom into a good friendship. Maybe he'd figure out that he did make the wrong choice, and then go for Maddee again. That was all very possible, but very unlikely. A friendship would do her well.

Aaron nodded, with a succinct smile. ”Seems nice,” he added to her statement. He didn’t have anything else to really say to Maddee. He didn’t really want to be friends or anything, but not enemies. Acquaintances would do them well. They wouldn’t be hating on each other, nor seeing each other to hang out. Actually, the less he saw her, the less complexness in his life. She was nice and everything, but friends just didn’t sound good to him. It would probably be the best to not even run into each other. Aaron didn’t have feeling for her or anything, but she still might.

Maddee finished her mocha and looked at him. She packed up all her things and threw away her cup, she looked at him as she put her bag over her shoulder and grabbed her umbrella. "You obviously don't want me to be here, or to be my friend. But you're to 'nice' to tell me." she put quotes over the word 'nice' because he was anything but, he seemed to have changed from the last time they had talked, she had noticed and wasn't to big of a fan. She looked at him, and placed her hand on the chair, leaning on it. This was very awkward, and she disliked situations like this.

Apparently Maddee could read his body language way too much. He wasn’t going to be to deny it, or pick a fight; he was over it. ”Sorry you feel that way,” he whispered, more to himself than she. He needed to get back to work, so this was a good opportunity to do that. ”I need to get back to work. Good to see you,” he said as he good up and slowly made his way back to the counter.

Before Aaron walked away Maddee grabbed his hand and hugged him. She squeezed him tight, nothing more than a friendly hug. "Take care of yourself." she whispered before she walked away. As she walked away, she couldn't help but feel herself sink into a deeper depression she had already been in. She would get over it. She stepped outside as it was still raining, even harder now. She didn't bother putting her umbrella up, and she began her long trudge home.
