Plans for the night were in complete roll. Noelle had managed to sneak out of her father's sight to kidnap Austin and take him to the local recreational park for some flag football. The stereo was blasting as Noelle danced in her seat in Austin's sports car; the top down as he was pushing way beyond the speed limit.
As he pulled into the park she reached behind to the back seats and grabbed her shirt that was in the back as she took off her bustier and put the racer back tank top on. It was a low and it revealed her tattoo clearly as you could see the words, Mary had a little lamb Clearly inked in her clear skin.
Once she was dressed she opened the car door and grabbed his duffel in the back which probably weighed more than her but she was able to carry it. He wasn't the only one working out these days. She brought it out into the middle of the field and unzipped it, his jersey, football and eye black all in the bag. She picked up his jersey to see his name on the back in white lettering against the baby blue fabric. Holding it up to her she smiled as she asked him, "What do you think?" She asked as she handed it to him. "You should put it on..." As she tossed it to him. Truth was, she just wanted an excuse to see his abs.
The field was the exact same size as a professional football field, about an acre. "Gosh, I really love how green it is. I could stay out here all night." As she walked along one of the white lines that marked the yards before doing cartwheels along them before doing cartwheels and finally a back walk over; her racer back sliding down to reveal her newly pierced belly button; the stud was a little Chargers helmet with the lightning bolt on the side of it with a small fake diamond.
When she came up she laughed, "Don't tell..." She smiled as ran up to him as leaned up to kiss him and just as she was about to; she faked as took the ball running off in the other direction.

Austin drove to the park, the stereo blaring as the music played. His Lamborghini convertible sped down the street, the street lights reflecting off of the silver paint until they reached the parking lot of the big park. He cut the engine and climbed out, enjoying the view as he watched her struggle to carry his extremely heavy football bag. A grin was on his face still as he followed behind her until she dropped the bag and pulled out his Chargers jersey and holding up to herself before tossing it to him.
Austin was wearing a pair of black workout shorts and a plain t shirt but he shrugged and pulled his t shirt up over his head before pulling his practice jersey on over his head and tugging it down. He put his arms out when he was finished before watching her do cartwheels along the yard lines. When she stopped and came towards him, so close it looked like they were gonna kiss he smiled but was surprised when she instead stole the football from under his arm and took off with it.
He watched her for a moment before taking off after her until he was right next to her. He wrapped his arms around her waist before carefully tackling her to the ground so he was hovering over her. A smile was on his face as he looked down at her, his light blue eyes taking her in for a moment.

She kept running the other direction, but he was too quick for her and he soon was running along side her. He sped up right beside her as she wrapped his arms around her waist; cradling her as he play tackled her to the ground, hovering over her body. He wasnt even out of breathe and he seemed like he sprinted down fields every day which he technically did.
"That most definitely was unfair..." She said as she looked to her right to see the ball lying on the ground not too far away before looking back at him as if to try and tell him with her eyes that she wasnt giving up easily on the game. His face was extremely close to hers and for the first time; she didnt feel awkward being with him. Also though no one was around as it was nearly midnight at some local football field. "So what do your guys think about this whole relationship thing?" She asked as she tugged on the excess fabric on his jersey that was hanging as he still hovered above her.
"Just because; if this is going to affect your career then I dont want to get in the way of that although... I could be your good luck charm..." As she used the excess fabric to pull herself up to kiss him. As their lips parted she laughed... "Touchdown..." She smiled.

Austin looked down at her, a slight smile on his face ad he noticed her look over at the ball before looking back up at him. He shook his head no when she said it was unfair and shrugged in response to her next question. To be honest he didn't really care what the other guys thought anymore. At least he had a girl while most of them were still single. When she said she could be his good luck charm he nodded.
"Yeah you definitely could." he replied, glancing away before returning his gaze to meet hers. A smile was on his face as he looked down at her messing with the loose fabric of his jersey.
After a moment she leaned up a bit but he lowered his head towards hers so that she was laying on the ground once more. Their lips met and he smiled against their kiss as she spoke the last word. His hand went to her waist while the other one held him off of her. His lips slowly moved against hers, their breathing becoming a bit shallower as they broke their kiss for a brief moment before his lips went to hers once more.

She laughed as he agreed that she could be his good luck charm and she liked that he agreed with her on that part at least. As she kissed him he slowly agreed to letting her in as he then kissed her back. His hands slowly moved to her waist as her shirt rode up exposing her bare stomach. She couldn't believe that she was having her first serious makeout session on a football field.
He was still hovering above her but he had lowered himself because he was only on one arm and she somehow managed to push onto him and so now he was the one on the field. She didn't kiss him back then but she just instead looked at him as she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear before laughing at him. "So would it be awkward if I asked you to be my boyfriend?" She asked.
She sighed, "Wow um... Did I do that wrong, is that the wrong thing to do?" She asked as she pressed her forehead against his chest. "I definitely liked myself better when I was kissing you." As she used one of her hands to push some hair out of his eyes as she kissed him again slowly as she tried to create some sexual tension.

When she asked him to be her boyfriend he glanced away, unsure of what to say in reply to that. He wanted her to be his girlfriend, he really did, but things got crazy with the season just around the corner and the draft and all of that. Plus he wasn't much of a relationship guy. He wished he was because he liked having a girlfriend and everything but he was a natural flirt and had a habit of hitting on girls that were just friends. He liked to have a good time and sometimes flirting and partying caused issues ith a girlfriend.
"I don't know it's just. . . I'm not very good at relationships. I always end up messing something up." he explained, not sure how else to really explain it. He liked to hang out with Noelle and they had fun together but he was a party boy. And things worked better when they were friends that hung out and kissed and stuff. Then when he had things figured out and things slowed down he might have a better chance of making a real relationship work. And he didn't want to start something with her that had a high fail rate right from the start.

She listened to him talk about how he really didn't want a relationship at the moment, or ever it seemed. "No, I completely get it. You must be really hassled right now because of everything my dad is putting you through with the intensive training and all." She rolled off of him and onto the grass next to him. "I cannot imagine what you must be going through... I dont know how you do it all. The training, games, signings, appearances, parties and girls. I mean, I would just be overwhelmed." She really tried to understand him better.
Inside she knew that she couldnt be what he really looked for in a girl. She was herself and she couldnt help that. She was taught and raised to love who you are and that if people couldnt accept you for you; then they werent good enough for you. Maybe Austin was trying to 'hit it and quit it'? She pushed herself up into a bridge and did a back walk over before brushing the grass off of her back.
She leaned down and grabbed the ball before brushing off some of the dried mud as she tucked it under her arm. "A wise person once told me that; if your heart says you're doing the right thing, you usually are. Love is worth waiting for." As she slowly walked over and put the ball in the duffel bag before zipping it closed as she hoisted it over her shoulder.
Slowly she ambled over to place the bag in the car before opening the passenger door to climb in. She had a lot of drawing to do and she definitely was going to draw a picture of him shirtless, tattoo's and all. It was a healthy obsession she thought; spending hours drawing aimless things. "Mind driving me home?" She asked as she zipped up her sweatshirt.

When she climbed off of him and grabbed all of their stuff before heading back to the car he lay in the grass for a moment, watching her before finally standing up and following after her. He sighed as he climbed in the car with her, starting the engine and pulling out of the parking lot. The drive to her house was pretty quiet and neither of them said much. When they finally got back, Austin shut off the car and turned his upper body to face her, putting his hand on the back of her head rest so he could look at her.
"Look Noelle, it's not that I don't like you. It has nothing to do with you at all. I really like you and I could see myself ending up really caring about you. But I don't wanna get in a relationship if I'm not one hundred percent sure I can be a good and faithful boyfriend. I don't wanna mess things up with you. If or when I date you, I want things to end well for both of us." he replied, hoping to try and explain what he was thinking to her the best he could.

He was being honest, and she could tell. She greatly appreciated it as well. It took a lot to be able to talk about your feelings; especially when a male was opening up to a female. "I understand Austin, and I thank you for sparing my heart. But I learned that I have to grow up and heartbreak is just one of those things." She opened the car door and climbed out, reaching in the backseat to get her bag. "I have something for you..." As she waved her hand for him to come inside.
She unlocked the front door, to have her Labrador greet her. "Hey boy, meet Austin." As she ruffled the dogs head with her fingers. "This is Rex, I took him in after I found him lying on the road, he is really friendly. Please, come in." She smiled as she opened the door wider as Rex greeted Austin before darting off to his dog bed to gnaw on his toys.
"Please ignore the mess, I am currently working on one of my projects." She said as she bent down to collect all her drawings and paintings. "Im a tad bit disorganized." She smiled as she picked up some charcoal photos of the football field and the players and little kids playing along with the ocean. Her fingers were covered in black but she didnt know as she scratched her nose a bit of black came off. "Oh, it's upstairs..." She said as she took his hand and led him to her room as she kicked open the door.
Inside her room is was very artsy with books and paint and colored pencils that were tossed among the floor. There were drawings of her dog and her and Austin. "Oh wow um, dont mind these..." As she reached up to rip pictures she had drawn and painted of him off of the string rack she had hung to let pictures settle in. "Im not really good at art but... here it is... I thought this was one of the best of the group." She smiled as she bent down to pick up a fallen charcoal drawing of him. "Just thought you should have it to hang in your room or... the trashcan which is over there..." She pointed to the trashcan before handing him this picture.

Austin nodded and followed her up the front steps and into her house, the black lab jumping at them as they entered the door. A smile lit his face as he saw the dog, reminding him of his rescue dog, Charger who was at his house in the backyard right now. He reached dog and scratched the dog behind the ear before watching him take off across the house. A chuckle escaped his mouth as he turned his attention back to Noelle, following her through the house.
"I think Charger would really like Rex. Charger is the dog I adopted from the pound. He's a mutt and he's got a ton of energy." he explained as they headed up the stairs and into her room.
His eyes took in her room and all of the art things that were all over the place. A smile raised the corners of his mouth as he gazed around at all of the drawings and other things that definitely made him think of her. Her room fit her well. His eyes traveled across the drawings she was taking down and stacking up before he turned as she handed him a charcoal drawing of himself.
He took the drawing when she handed it to him and held it carefully, not wanting to smug it or mess it up in any way. His eyes traveled across the page and he was amazed at how much it looked like himself. After a long moment of silence he raised his head to look at her, a smile still on his face.
"This is amazing. Why don't you do something with art? You're really good at it." he replied, setting the drawing down on a table near him so he wouldn't mess it up before glancing around her room before his gaze returned to her face. It was then that he noticed a smug of black charcoal on her cheek and he chuckled softly before taking a step towards her and reaching up with his hand to rub it off with his thumb. His hand was against her cheek for a moment and his light blue eyes looked down into her eyes, just taking her in for a moment, his thumb continuing to softly brush against her soft skin.

"Well anytime that you are busy or you're going away on a trip or something you're always welcome to bring Charger over and I can take care of him." She said before he asked her why she didnt do anything as in an occupation with art. "You see, my art is some of my inner thoughts and deepest feelings and to have my art displayed... would be conveying be to the entire world. I like being a puzzle piece and mysterious because then it makes me Noelle and being Noelle-"
Suddenly he took a step forward and reached a hand to her face to what she thought was he was rubbing something off of her face. Slowly she didn't move as she let him touch her cheek; his hands were warm and he was really gentle with her. Her green eyes looked at his hand before looking up at him giggling slightly as she nestled her cheek into his hand. "What does your heart tell you right now?" She asked him as she turned her head slightly to kiss his hand.

Austin continued to look down in her eyes, listening to what she said and smiling a bit when she kissed his hand. He thought for a moment, trying to think of an answer to her question before he finally licked his lips and then leaned forward so their faces were very close. He stopped when their lips were almost touching, a smile raising the corner of his mouth as he looked at her.
"Now what's yours telling you?" he asked her, his voice soft as his eyes traveled from her lips to look back up into her eyes once more.

He didnt respond to her, instead he just craddled her face as he leaned in so that their lips were almost touching before asking her the same question. It took her awhile to answer but she finally did. "My heart says that I am in serious risk of a broken heart and that I shouldnt be doing this because you want friends with benefits and I want more than friends." She looked at his hand again knowing that being honest was definitely not a good choice but he had asked her.
"Sometime in life you have to go away from your instinct..." As she leaned in and finished the kiss a soft and slow kiss before pulling back, following the slow kiss with quick gentle pecking kisses on his lips and nose. "My heart says that it was wrong before and that I did the right thing..."

As she leaned in to kiss him, a smile lit his face as he kissed her back before she broke the kiss and spoke once more. He sighed a bit before looking down at the floor for a moment as if that was were he was going to find his answers. When nothing appeared he shifted his gaze to look up at her once more.
"I don't want a friend with benefits. . ." he replied, his light blue eyes searching hers to try and figure out what it was she was thinking.

She knew she was right and wrong in more ways than one. His comment about not wanting a friend with benefits confused her even more. It confused her to the point of where she no longer could contain her question. "Then what do you want Austin?" She asked as she made strong eye contact with him, trying to figure him out just as much as he was doing the same for her.
"I feel that you're afraid to commit..." She said with a sigh as she reached one hand up to hold his face and she pressed her forehead against his. "I'm no nightmare..." She said as she kissed the tip of his nose before sitting down on her bed, criss crossed as she moved aside some of the art papers and drawings.
