Kyle thought about Mason’s answer, and it sounded about right to him, even though he had never been to a boarding school. He really didn’t think he would be able to go to boarding school, ever, even if he was still in school because he didn’t work well with strict rules and standers. In fact, he would probably hide in his room and skip class, then flunk out so he could go back to his public school, which he surprisingly liked. Although Kyle wouldn’t admit he liked school, he did. Not the homework, or even the teachers that much, but the kids. They were cool and chill, just like Kyle.
”Sounds pretty good then,” Kyle nodded, then looked to the sky to see a hawk casting its shadow over him and blocking his sun that was warming his skin.

"Yeah, you could definitely say that, Mason laughed. Even though going to boarding school caused him to grow up faster, it ended up making the decision to stay out in California just a little bit easier. He knew that he would be able to handle it rather then doubting himself. Mason switched his gaze off towards the trees behind Kyle. He was lost in memories of being at boarding school and the trouble that he and his friends would get into ever so often. A faint smile played acrossed his lips until he realized he had zoned out. He snapped back into reality and switched his attention back to Kyle.
"Well,, it was really nice meeting you but I gotta go meet some people to run through a song. See you around maybe," Mason said, adding the last part just to be polite. He sort of doubted that he would ever see him again since they seemed to have two different 'hang-out' places. It's not that he didn't like Kyle but he felt like they wouldn't be the closest of friends. People could be surprising though.
