Chance was hustling about the house as he got everything cleaned up for when Abby was suppose to arrive. It was eight fifty and she would be here any minute now. He had some candles lit, the house was dimly lit and some music was playing. It was a bit romantic but not too much. He could still argue the fact that it was just more economically friendly to not have so many lights on and use candles and blah blah blah. He was pretty clever.
The ice cream and toppings and everything were all set out on the top of the island that sat in the middle of the open kitchen and there was a selection of movies set out on the end table in front of the couch in the living room. Chance rubbed his hands together and smile when he was finally happy with how the house looked, glad that he had cleaned it up too.
Chance wasn't too dressed up for the night, just wearing a plain white t shirt and a pair of jeans. He wasn't sure what she would be wearing but he doubted that this called for a black tie and blazer. A smile was on his face as he looked around the house at his work before hearing a knock on the door and going towards the front door to let her in.

Abby drove through the neighborhood where Chance lived, admiring the houses on either sides of the street. All of the houses were mansions, much like Chance’s. How she wished to live in one, but it was only a dream, and she was content in her beach house that wasn’t too big nor small, and had inspiring quotes on the wall for her to ponder on while she relaxed on the couch.
All Abby knew for sure of what they were going to do tonight was eat ice cream sundae’s like little kids rave on. She wasn’t sure if they were going to watch a movie or not, but it was more than likely to happen as that went hand in hand with ice cream.
She slowly turned into the drive way of Chance’s house as she took a second to look at the gorgeous architecture of his home. He probably took it for granted, but she would kill for that type of architecture on the outside of her house. Abby slowly parked in the newly paved driveway as she stepped out and looked down at her outfit. She wore thin white v-neck with a pocket on her chest. It wasn’t thin enough to be called see-through, but it was considered thin. It was tucked into a navy blue pencil skirt, and paired with neutral wooden heels with leather straps.
Abigail made her way up the steps as she paused for a second to hesitate and then pressed the doorbell. Chance answered it quickly, and Abby straighten her skirt as she waited for him to invite her inside. ”Hey,” she smiled as she couldn’t wait to create an ice cream sundae.

Chance smiled when he saw her and swung the door open wide enough for her to come inside as well. Closing the door behind her he came up beside her and put a hand on the small of her back before leading her towards the kitchen where the ice cream sundae stuff was all spread out. It had been awhile since he had made a sundae and he was ready to make up for lost time.
"Alright here we go. Everything you would need to make a killer sundae." he stated as he brought around to the side of the counter with the ingredients. Grabbing the two bowls he already had set out he scooped ice cream into each of them before and handing her one.
He started making his sundae by putting some hot fudge on it along with some cherries, nuts, caramel and little bit of whipped cream. When he was finished he tilted his head back and sprayed some whip cream into his mouth straight from the can before glancing over at her with a smile.

Abby smiled back at him as she entered the house. It was dark inside, and the only source of light was from the candle flames that were scattered about the house. Her pupils got bigger as they tried to let more light into her eyes as it was a bit too dark. ”Ever heard of lights? Or did you go all eco-friendly on me?” she smirked, looking at his gorgeous house. She had her suspicions that the candles were not meant to be eco-friendly, but romantic. It was a sweet gesture, but she didn’t think of him that way; or at least she didn’t think so.
”Looks yummy,” she said, licking her lips and rubbing her stomach. She grabbed a bowl that Chance had set out in advance and took a little taste bite of the ice cream. As normal it tasted delicious as it slid down her throat. When she was little as got her tonsils out she bragged at Show ‘n’ Tell that she got to eat ice cream all day long, that and Jell-o. Now it was rare whenever she had ice cream, so this was a special treat.
When Chance was done with the hot fudge Abby took it from him and dipped her index finger in, to make sure it was hot. It was which meant he had previously melted it in the microwave for them. She dipped the spoon that was in it and let it drop off all of the chocolate into her bowl as it oozed onto her cold ice cream. Then Abby put the jar back down and reached for the caramel, which she put just a little on, and then the whip cream swirl with a cherry on top. The cheery juice tinted the whip cream pink, in which Abigail smiled. When she finished she took a bite as she mmmmed. She watched as Chance sprayed some whip cream directly from the canister into his mouth as he smiled at her. She let out a giggle as Abby opened her mouth for him to spray whip cream in her mouth.

Chance took a bite of his sundae as well when he had finished it and smiled at hers because it looked a lot like his. He then sprayed a bit more whip cream into his mouth before glancing over at her when she opened her mouth for him to spray some into her mouth. He smiled and fill the space in between them before tilting the can upside down and spraying a bunch into her mouth. He laughed when it got all over her face because he sprayed so much and he handed her the can and opened his mouth so she could get payback on him for making a mess on her.

Abby waited with her mouth open, starting to get dry, as she waited for it to be filled with fluffy whip cream. When it came into her mouth her mouth instantly watered as she swallowed it. She had to use her tongue to lick all around her lips as he had gotten it all over her mouth, and not much really got into her mouth. ”Great aim,” she smirked sarcastically. She laughed along as she took the canister from him and began to spray his face. Abby’s plan was not to even get it into his mouth, but to make art. She spray a dot on his nose and then using her fingers grabbed a maraschino cherry and placed it where the dab of whip cream was, as it acted as glue. She the sprayed his blonde eyebrows and drew a big cartoony smile over his mouth. In all he looked like a clown. ”Beautiful,” she said, setting back to look at her masterpiece, and looking at it with a critiquing eye like any artist would.

Chance didn't move as she sprayed the whip cream on his face before grinning and tilting his head as he looked at her, putting his hands out before she said beautiful. When she was done he took the cherry and ate it before taking a step towards her and putting his hands on her upper arms, a sly grin on his face.
"Wanna taste?" he asked playfully as he raised his eyebrows before leaning down and pressing a gentle kiss to her lips, getting the whip cream all over her face once more. He pulled away and backed up to look at the mess he had made on her face before putting a hand to his chin and tilting his head as if he was looking at a fancy painting. Finally he nodded and smiled.
"Beautiful." he said, his voice a little softer as he looked at her with his light blue eyes.

Abby was still proud of her masterpiece that was completely edible, or maybe even all of it if a cannibal ate it, if they counted Chance as part of the artwork. She felt his strong hands grip round her upper arms, about her shoulders, making her heart beat a little faster and louder.
When Chance planted a kiss on her lips she didn’t necessarily kiss him back. She was so surprised by the kiss that she didn’t really know what to do, it just all happened to fast. Fireworks went off in her head, but something was wrong. Chance was hot in all, and a good friend. Friend. "What was that for?"
Abigail felt the whip cream all over her face once more, but that didn’t even matter, just the kiss kept replaying in her head. She didn’t even have time to batter her eyes closed, it was just so shocking. ”I…I thought we were just friends…” she whispered, too nervous to look into his eyes. Her feelings were just so mixed and she had no idea what to say or do.

Chance furrowed his eyebrows a bit as she seemed to be very confused over his whip cream kiss. He let go of her arms and took a step back, trying to give her space since it seemed he had freaked her out a bit.
"It was just a friendly kiss. . ." he replied, his light blue eyes watching her face closely as he tried to figure out if she was mad, upset, happy or what about it. He hadn't really meant it to be anything serious, he was just messing around.

Abigail still wasn’t sure about how she felt about the whole kiss. She was just friends with Chance, but she supposed they could be more than friends…it was just that she didn’t want to be another girl added to his fling list. She took another deep breath, trying to get her feelings together. She took a yoga breath as she closed her eyes and then looked into Chance’s light blue eyes. ”I know… I… I… I…” Abby began, but nothing came out. ”Well, I was sort of was okay with it, and in a way I… well… liked it,” she said, as she looked away from Chance’s handsome eyes and looking at the granite counter.
Abby walked along the side of the counnter as she went to the sink to grab a towelette. She grabbed a washcloth from underneath the sink as she began to scrub off the whip cream from her lips, touching them to see if they were still tingling, which they were from the kiss. Maybe she and Chance could work, as it seemed that friends sometimes made the best couples.

When she said that she had liked the kiss one side of his mouth raised in a smile as his light blue eyes watched her go over to the sink and wash off the whip cream. He too grabbed a nearby towel and cleaned his face off before turning to look at her once more. Leaning his back against the island, he folded his arms over his chest and tilted his head to the side a bit as he looked at her, watching her clean herself off. A smile was still on his face and when she was finally finished getting the whip cream off he came up behind her slowly.
She was still facing the sink and one of his hands went to her waist, letting her know he was there. He chest gently brushed against her back and his other hand moved her hair behind her back so he could see her neck. Ever so softly, he leaned his head down to the side of her neck and gently kissed it once, pulling away for a moment before kissing it once more, his lips parted as he pulled away again.

Abby set her towel back on the door of the cabinet underneath the sink as she turned on the sink and quickly rinsed off the residue of the whip cream off her hands. She then wiped her hands on her pencil skirt, not feeling like getting the towel out, as she felt Chance come up from behind her.
Her heart felt as if it skipped a beat when he kissed her neck and when he put his hands on her waist. She enjoyed it, but something was wrong. Abigail faced him and then hopped up on the counter top to look at him. ”Chance. I don’t want to be another girl you have a fling with,” she began. If was in a relationship with Chance she wanted no fling, just a good, steady relationship. ”I want a relationship that can go somewhere,” she said, brushing a chunk of hair that feel in front of her eyes.

When she turned around to face him and then jumped up on the counter so she was sitting there facing him he smiled a bit and listened to her speak, nodding understandingly when she was finished. He took a step towards her, putting a hand on either side of her waist on the counter as his light blue eyes gazed at her for a long moment, a smile still on his face.
"I don't want this to be just a fling." he replied softly as he leaned towards her a little bit. He didn't kiss her though, just made their faces be rather close together as he looked at her waiting to see what she would say or do.

Abby was a bit surprised when he said that he didn’t want this to just be a fling. She tried to speak, but nothing came out, maybe she needed some water to do a spit take, as right now would be a good time for one. She thought about what to say, as she looked deep into her heart, as the heart was more important than the mind.
“You don’t? But flings are you specialties,” she tried to joke, not wanting him to think that she wanted a fling. Though, by knowing him he should know that she didn’t like flings or anything. ”So what does this mean?” she asked, pressing her forehead to his as she kissed his lips ever so lightly and gently. She put her hands around his neck, not in a chocking way, but just there for support.

Chance watched her carefully as she watched him, confused by his response. He shrugged when she said that flings were his specialty cause they were but they were getting a little old. And she was different from all of the other girls he had ever met. She kept him guessing and that made him feel challenged which he liked but she also knew when to throw him a bone and could always keep him interested.
"You tell me." he answered as she kissed him lightly. He put his hands on her waist as she put her arms around his neck, their faces still very close to one another.
