Maddee chuckled a bit and nodded her head. "I hate when girls order like, salads and wraps and all that junk. I'd rather be full and happy then not full." She smiled. She looked at Aaron as he spoke, "I knew they were on, I just t-voed them." she gave a little smirk "Always gotta be prepared." she sipped on her water that was already at the table, then looked up at him "You can watch it with me, if you want." she smiled at him.

”I’m really not into ‘country club food,’ Aaron said. ”I would love to watch them with you,” he cried with enthusiasm. Cuddle, snuggle, kiss, it all sounded perfect in his head. ”After diner I was planning to go to the Kodak theater to see all the hand prints, but we could try to get glimpse of stars arriving,” he said perking up. He secretly loved meeting stars; it gave him bragging rights and made him feel special. ”So you’re from Wisconsin, with mean cheese and you like to eat meat and cheese,” he said, trying to get all the facts right. Singer, eh? Have I heard any of your songs?” he asked. He never looked at who the artist was, just the words in the song.

Maddee smiled at his enthusiasm. "That sounds perfect!" she said with a hint of excitement in her voice. Tonight was already going to well, she was excited for the rest of it. She looked at him and nodded in agreement "Yep, mean cheese; and i'm a carnivore." she smiled and then shrugged "Probably not, i've only done some commercials on ABC family, covering some songs. Like the commercial for 10 things I hate about you, I sang the song I want you to want me." she shrugged, not trying to be overly confident.

”Well sweet! I don’t have any tickets, I’m sorry. They’re a little out of my price point,” he chuckled. He could only imagine how much the tickets could cost. He thought about how cheese could mean, but he didn’t question it. He wanted to nudge her when she said she had “only” done a song for ABC Family. Though, he couldn’t because he was sitting across from her and not next to her. ”Having your song on TV is a huge deal!” he exclaimed. ”I’ll look it up when I get home, or you can sing it for the whole restaurant,” he joked. She was younger, and was already much farther in life than he, a grease monkey.
As the wine appeared the waiter set out two glasses and poured the wine in for them. ”Cheers,” he said raising his glass.

Maddee blushed a bit. "No, it's really not too big. And I might sing it for you later, if you're lucky" she teased him slightly, and then looked as the waiter brought the wine she took a sip and let out a refreshing 'ahhh' she smiled at Aaron and tucked her hair behind her ears. "Enough about me, what about you?" she asked looking at him. She wanted to know him better, she wanted to know what his favorite things were.

He hoped he would be lucky enough to hear her sing. If her voice was on an ABC Family show, she had to be good. ABC Family always seemed to have a good taste in music. He took a sip of wine as well, it was pretty good. ”Well, I only sing in the shower, I have an older sister and a younger brother, and I think bacon is over rated,” he started. His bit about bacon was pretty funny to him. He always seemed to see bacon stuff, like plushies, watches, band aids, and more. He was the Justin Bieber of food, it was just weird. ”I’ve only had one girlfriend, who I dated for three years. She was my best friend,” he added.
The reason he only had one girlfriend was that he dated her for most of high school, and then it took him a while to get over her. They turned out to not be the right people for each other, and she cheated on him which pretty much ended it for him.

Maddee laughed, "I never really cared for bacon either, unless I was in a bacon mood." She took another sip of her wine and looked at Aaron. "Only one girlfriend, eh?" she smiled and chuckled a bit "It's okay, i've never actually had a boyfriend, besides in 6th grade, which that doesn't really count because he only asked me to be his girlfriend because he pushed me off the monkey bars." she laughed remembering the thought. Maddee looked at him and studied his face. "What about now? Any lucky ladies besides me that are chasing after you?" she asked half jokingly.

Aaron was happy she agreed with his bacon theory. He took another small sip of wine, and then spun around the glass and smelled it. ”Oh, yes, sixth grade. There was always so much drama in that grade,” he sighed. He laughed along as well, as not many girls would shove a girl off the monkey bars and then as her to be his girlfriend. His smile slowly faded as she asked the question. He mind went to Roxi, and how he wanted her to be his girlfriend. Roxi wasn’t one of commitment, but it seemed like Maddee was. He went back to the memory in the park with Gemma, who said to follow his heart, but he was having mixed thoughts. He took another sip of his drink, not ready to reply yet.

Maddee laughed a bit as he spoke, and then took a sip of wine the same time Aaron did. She sensed a bit of hesitation as he seemed to avoid the question. "You don't have to answer the question, if it's troubling you." she smiled and grabbed his hand, rubbing the top of it with her thumb in a comforting manner.

Aaron was being tentative, not a good thing on a first date. It was just that he needed to ponder the question, as it was complicated. ”I-I will,” he stuttered. He didn’t have a stuttering problem, except when he was nervous. Her rubbing his hand calmed his down a bit, but didn’t fully help. ”It’s this girl, Roxi the actress. I’ve well, I’ve had a couple of flings with her, and I’m not proud. Then I thought I loved her, but it turns out that’s not turn. She is scared of commitment, and I need a girl who will go somewhere with me. Like you,” he paused, taking a sip of water. It was just him but it felt very warm suddenly. ”Look, I’ve changed a lot in a few days, which doesn’t sound possible, but, well I have. I want to be with…you. I’m normally not like this, but already I have feeling for you that I’ve never had with anyone else,” he paused for her to take it all in while he gulped down his water. Thank goodness the waiter came with their food.

Maddee looked at him while he spoke, she listened carefully taking it all in. As he finished, she smiled a bit and was about to speak, until the waiter came. She looked down at her plate, and her mouth watered. She was almost starving, even though she had recently ate. She couldn't help but think about Aarons situation. He was choosing Maddee over an actress? She blushed a bit, looking up at him. "That all sounds...complicated. I'm sorry if I made anything harder for you, but I'm glad that you picked me." she tucked her hair behind her ear. She took a bite of the hamburger, and washed it down with some water. "I've never felt this way about anyone before." she confessed placing a french fry in her mouth. "It's a good thing though, trust me. To be honest, i've never really been in a relationship with anyone so I dont know what it really feels like to be falling in love..if that's what this even is." she realized she was babbling on like an idiot and decided to be quiet. Talking about love already? He probably thought she was crazy.

He took a bit of his juicy burger, closing his eyes to get the full affect. He opened his burger to take out the lettuce and tomato, but kept everything else. He grabbed a few of his fries and put it in between the patty and the bun, and began to eat again. It tasted better this way. ”No, you made it easier,” he said blushing. He really had changed. He use to had displays of public affection, but he was starting to like it now, as long as it wasn’t a full on make out. Love was a strange word. Girls always told each other they loved them, not in a lesbian way, but in a friendly way. In a relationship it was different, it was quite meaningful. ”I don’t think I was actually loved her, I was getting over another girl, who kissed me and left,” he said, taking another bite of his burger and fries mixture.

Maddee took more bites of her food as he talked, she swallowed and put a couple fries in her mouth. She looked at him, and smiled lightly "Well then, you're welcome for helping you." She said sarcastically. She looked over at him as she spoke again, putting more fries into her mouth. "Who was that?" she asked curiously taking a sip of water. She continued eating, enjoying the food. It was a wonderful place for a first date, Maddee was pleased.

Aaron chuckled a bit as she said “you’re welcome for helping you.” It was either that it was phrased weird, to him, or that he was just having a fun time. He squirted some ketchup on his place and salted and peppered his fries before dripping them into the pool of red ketchup. ”Emily. She was a client of mine, as I cleaned up her car. She thought that if she kissed me she would get a lower price to pay for me fixing her car up.” he paused to take a sip of wine. ”And I feel for her, she was sweet, and thought she really liked me, but she didn’t,” he finished. ”Any weird dates/things that have happened to you?” he asked causally.

Maddee chuckled a bit "Wow, that's interesting." she smiled at him and sipped on her wine. She bit into her burger and made a face as she swallowed. "Just one time, this boy took me out junior year, we had to go with his parents or we couldn't go at all." she laughed remembering the worst date of her life. "It was funny, seeing as to how he was the captain of the football team." she tucked her hair behind her ear and smiled, remembering her date with Josh. She sipped on her wine a bit more.
