It was the weekend and Giselle was at the beach just relaxing and reading a book. It was her relax day, a time when she just recollected her thoughts about the week, and updated her twitter like a maniac and kept intouch with agents through emails on her blackberry.
Wearing a strapless bikini, laying in a beach chair, tanning the sun was warm and she liked the fact that she was by herself. A couple of people had asked for autographs and she had gladly signed them kissing the paper, her Mac lip stick leaving a small token of her appreciation to her fans.
Flipping through Vogue, she eyed the latest fashion trends, as the brim of her floppy hat flew off of her head and somewhere onto the sand. "Darn!" She muttered as she tossed the magazine onto the edge of the chair as she chased the hat down the coast of the beach.

Logan had just arrived to the beach to sink his toes in the sand. He walked slowly on the sand looking for the perfect spot to sit down and relax. He wanted to sleep in the warm California sun. Logan closed his eyes for a second while still walking. He opened them once more. Logan scanned his blue eyes around. He saw a hat floating around. Logan picked it up wondering who's it belonged too.

"Hey could you hold there for a second." She said, trying to catch her breath as she had ran pretty far down the coastline of the beach. She approached the man that held her hat and she smiled and took it from him, not looking up yet. "Thank you so much I really owe.... you."
Her eyes wandered up and she saw none the less Logan. How awkward that situation was, knowing they used to date and then somehow things just kind of blew apart after that and they went their seperate ways. She never thought that she would run into him, at least at the most random time period, as she was relaxing at the beach. "Hey Logan, long time no see... how have you been?" She asked him as she placed the hat on her head, shading her green eyes from the sun.

Logan ran his fingers through his brown head with a slight smile. "No problem." He studied her for a slight second. She had been looking good like always. His blue eyes drifted to hers. "I've been good." Logan said causually with a slight smile. He looked out by the ocean sighing a bit. Logan asked "What about you Giselle?" He was curious to know. He kind of missed her in a way. They had dated for some what of a time. Out of no where they broke up. He still had a soft spot for the girl but wasn't exactly in love with her neither. Running into her like this made Logan's stomach turn. Little did he know he would see Giselle at the beach today.

"I am glad that you are doing well. Me? Well I'm doing quite fine thanks for asking. Listen, want to go get some lunch or a quick bite to eat? We have a lot to catch up on." As she turned back and collected all her things into a woven basket that she used for the beach so her things would not blow away. She then put on her shorts and racerback as it was hot and every body needs to ventilate somehow.

Logan smiled at her, "Yes we do." He was kind of shocked when she had asked him to lunch. He rubbed his chin and gazed at the seat for a second. He didn't mind leavinng with Giselle even though he had just gotten there. He missed her and leaving wasn't that big of a deal. It was a bit awkward but they would be having a good time soon. They always did. And even though Giselle had a boyfriend and all they were still pretty good friends. Logan smirked, "Where to beautiful?" He asked raising his eyebrows towards her.

A massive smile sat on her face as he agreed to have a catch up lunch with her. "Woah there. First off, I dont think you should be calling me beautiful unless you want to be meeting Tysons fist and two, I was thinking the grill right here." She said as she pointed to a wooden and beat up shack in which inside served some of the best food ever. It was a great place to go if you wanted to catch up on things.
Once inside the small shack, she took her bag and slung it around the back of the chair for free space. Ordering a Diet Coke, she sipped the carbonated drink through a swirly stray, she seemed to be the only adult with it... Oh well. "So who have you met here so far? She asked.

Logan narrowed his eyes at Giselle with a grin. "I was only telling the truth." He walked beside her as they strolled into the shack. He sighed a bit. Logan had ordered a water. He looked at her tapping his index finger on the table silently. He wasn't sure wether or not answer that question. "Roxi and a few others." He said casually hoping not going into any further infromation. He decided to change the subject. "Hows you and Tyson?" He asked friendly with a slight smile.

His secluded attitude towards her question when she asked who he had met so far, caused her to pry deeper into the situation. "Roxi... I read something about you two." Then she got out her phone and went to her recent messages, seeing the SMS from Gossip Girl. What she re-read caused her to nearly choke on her Coke. "Damn! I didnt think that you would be with her that fast." As she managed to swallow the sip of Coke.
His question about Tyson was awkward to her as well, how did he know that she was seeing him? It was hard not to know, as they were both in the spotlight constantly with all of their pictures and public get-togethers, they were really hard to miss sometimes when they were on the cover of tabloids with screaming headlines on how she or he cheated or she was pregnant... ridiculous. She smiled at Logan from across the table. "Doing well thanks. Well at least on my side of the story, I really like being with him. How have you been since you came down here? I havent seen nor heard from you awkwardly. I just hear the passer by story from this missy." As she picked up her phone and shook it around, trying to get the point across.

Logan rubbed his chin a bit. Sighing a bit. He was happy for the girl but he also missed her. He looked at her not really wanting to answer the question or statement. "I've been alright." He said with a slight smile. Logan thought Giselle did have a right for the question she had asked. "I met Roxi at Sin the other day. We just seemed to hit it off. I'm not sure if it's something serious or just a fling. Roxi isn't really the type of girl I would actually fall in love with." Logan confessed. He was being completly honest with her. Logan watched her facial expression. He wanted to see how Giselle would react after he slipped on of his secretes to her.

The news about Roxi didn't surprise her, she kind of tried to set them up together when she was still processing things with Tyson and their complicated feelings about one another. "Well you know what Logan, I've known Roxi for a long time and I know that she is not the girl at first that would be in a long term relationship, but she can be." Taking another sip of her coke, the waitress came and offered to take their orders. "What to get for the lovely couple?" She asked, her pen ready to scribble down their takings.
With a slight giggle she spoke, "Were just friends and I'll take the Romain salad." As she handed the waitress her menu, swimsuit season was here so eating healthy was always on her mind except when sharing ice cream with Tyson. "You know Logan, I thought this would be awkward since we used to date and all... Really seriously but I like this whole just friends thing." The weather was still hot as the clouds covered the sun, Giselle taking off her floppy hat as it was not needed.

Logan looked at the waitress, "Yeah just friends." He said with a friendly smile. "I just want a steak." Logan said with a smile while handing the menu to her. His blue eyes shifted to Giselle. "Really? I'm not sure if i'm ready for a relationship yet, anyways." He stated with a slight smirk. He looked around the place before replying to Giselle's other part about being friends. "Me too. I just have missed you." He admitted but, he was okay with just being friends. Her heart did belong to another boy. He did wonder if she had the slightest bit of feelings for him still. Even if it was a little. Logan did. But, he was ready to move on. Flings were alright for now. Hopefully, later he could find a girl to have a relationship with. He knew it wouldn't be with Giselle. Logan just had to accept it. He sighed silently as he studied Giselle wondering what she was thinking. He ran his hands through his hair as he stretched out his arms.

His comment about the steak made her smile. "I remember when you told me you wanted to be a vegetarian and you would never eat meat? I see it didn't last too long. A laugh coming out of her mouth again. Being friends was good, and she liked being able to have control of boundaries and limits within friendships. "Aw Logan, that is so sweet of you, I miss you too. We have a lot of good memories." Her Blackberry buzzed as the text made her awe in adoration at one of the cute little messages Tyson sent to her. "So, now that hopefully you're settled here, we should definitely hang out more and grab some drinks. I'm busy almost everyday and weekends are Tyson time... Hm... How about Wednesdays? That could be our date when we get together." Moving to the calendar in her phone to input the information she told him so she would not forget.

Logan chuckled. "I think I lasted 2 days or so." Logan grinned as his mind went into flash backs of memories with him and Giselle. "I'm glad that you still could make time for me." Logan said with a smile. "Just remember who supported you until you became a star." He said narrowing his blue eyes playfully towards her. "I'll always be here." He added to the last comment. Logan loved hanging out with Giselle. They always had a pretty good time. As friends was good as well. But, Logan feared he could grow his feeling back for her.

"A day? No... It must've been longer than that." Her mind was rewinding like an old tape as she tried to remember but things were all fuzzy. Bad memory probably. She set her Blackberry down on the table as the food came. "I sense some sarcasm... I'm really sorry it's just that you have caught me at a hectic time and I am just trying to keep things together."
What Logan had said as true, he did support her a great amount and he did boost her self confidence when it came to modeling. They were both complete opposites. The saying goes, opposites attract. There was definite chemistry, but Giselle was sending out the just friends vibe but she wasn't sure what she was receiving in return although she was good with atmospheric tension and karma. "Sure I guess you were a major contributor to my success but that does not mean that you get my pay or any percentage of it." Wagging a finger at his before stabbing at her lettuce.
