Alica arrived at the park for a spring photo shoot. She never really gotten a bunch of chances for the whole modeling career. Alicia was a unique model. She could be sweet or sexy. Maybe both at the same time. She just kind of had her own type of character. She never tried to impress anyone. If people didn't like her there wasn't a thing she could do about it.
Alicia walked over to where she was told to met the photographer to take some pictures. Alicia wasn't sure where these pictures were going. She hoped maybe just a random picture in a magazine. But, she wasn't famous she was in the training to become a model. Alicia couldn't help but to wear a soft smile on her face. This was a good opportunity for Alicia.
She had on a yellow floral tank top, a pair of Capri's, and some gladiator sandals. It was a very spring type of outfit. Her blonde hair was in a side braid. Her make-up was light and more natural then anything. Alicia sat on a bench as she waited for her turn to have her time with Danny.

 Daniel drove his jeep into the parking lot, next to the large park with the small stream, the bridge, the cherry blossom trees, the benches....He quickly got out and headed to the bench where he would meet this new model that he was supposed to be working with. Danny was sort of the guy to help every model get their career kicked off. He did not want to be famous himself, just help others be famous and so he liked to shoot a lot of fresh faces. Today, he was meeting with some girl named April or Alice or something along those lines. He honestly did not remember her name because she only talked to him once on the phone. One of her friends or family members actually referred her to him, so he barely knew her. He planned to talk with her before shooting her for the Floral magazine. It was not a celebrity magazine, per say. Just a few articles about how to make your garden look beautiful, a few pictures of girls and guys tending to gardens and playing in flowerbeds, and a lot of fertilizer advertisements, so it was not a huge gig for the new model but Danny hoped it would get her started off. He finally found her and raised an eyebrow, not expecting the girl to be so...well, pretty but not gorgeous like Gemma or Giselle was. She was average looking, in his own opinion but then again we was very opinionated about people. "Hi, are you the new model?" He asked her, turning his camera over in his hands carefully. |

Alicia heard the photography speak to her. A smile morphed on her face. "Yes, I'm Alicia. Its a pleasure to meet you." Alicia said raising to her feet to shake his hand. Alicia felt a little nervous about taking pictures professionally. She was new to the whole thing and if she were to mess up she would feel really stupid. But, this was a moment where she could have prooved herself. She prayed to the lord she wouldn't mess anything up and all went well. Alicia remained confident and calm like every model should be. Modeling was suppose to be fun yet serious. It was very complicated to understand. Alicia looked at the other models then her gaze shifted back to Danny.

Danny nodded and put his aviators on top of his head. "Hello Alicia, I am Daniel Rhodes. Call me Danny, please. Okay, girls. I need two of you on the sides of this cherryblossom tree and one in the center, holding a flower." He demanded. All of them stood around not sure what to do. Daniel sighed. "Come on ladies, this is not a mine field. You, in the green. Get on the right. Blue, get on the left. Yellow, pick a daisy from over there and get in the center." He demanded, pointing to two girls and then Alicia who would be in the middle. |

Alicia smiled at him "Okay, Danny." Alicia said. She wasn't exactly sure what to do first but, finally got what he was saying after he explained it a bit more. He seemed like a really photography who knew exactly what he was doing. That made Alicia a bit more nervous but, she was still confident and calm. She walked over to the daisy's. She plucked one of them and walked back to the cherry blossom tree. Alicia put the flower by her nose like she was smelling it. Her eyes and face were lifted towards the camera. Her posture was good. She rested an arm on one of the branches. Alicia's face was soft and she was smiling with her eyes at the camera. She hoped she was doing okay. Alicia waited for Danny to make corrections and to take some pictures.

He lifted the camera up and snapped the shot before raising one hand to Alicia. "Okay, sweetheart move your arm. Just put it behind your back....There we go, perfect." He snapped a few more and then pulled the camera away from his face to review the shots. Resetting the color and tones, he moved onto the bench. "Okay, I am going to need one of you right here." He patted the very edge side of the bench and turned to the models. |

Alicia nodded and tucked her arm behind her back. She felt like an idiot for not doing something right. But, she could only learn from her mistakes and keep on trying until she would be perfect. Plus, she was like brand new to the whole modeling world. It was complicated. Alicia perked her ears when Danny instructed one of the models to move on the edge of the bench. Since none of the girls went over their Alicia walked over to where Danny was. Alicia sat on the very edge of the bench and waited for further instructions from Danny.

He nodded and smiled. "Well, nice to see somebody is cooperative. Alright, I am going to get you to lay one leg across the bench, all relaxed, the other leg propped up and act like you are reading the magazine. Make sure I can see the cover, or at least part of it. This is the magazine you girls will be featured in." He said, handing her the nature magazine. "Alright, now turn your head towards the sun, but look at me with your eyes." He said before taking the shot of her in the bright sunshine. "I know it hurts your eyes but try to keep them open, baby girl." He snapped a few more shots. "Gorgeous, gorgeous Alicia."

Alicia listened to Danny as he told her what to do. Alicia nodded in agreement with a smile. She did exactly what he told her to do. She waited for him to take some pictures of her in the light. Alicia always listened to others before doing her own thing. Her eyes burned slightly as the sun blazed on them. She managed to keep them some what open she blinked quickly a couple of times while he took the pictures. Alicia formed a smile when he called her gorgeous which was really nice of him. Maybe, she was just too nervous and needed to loosen up. Alicia kept posing for the camera until Danny was done taking the photos.

When he finished up, he turned to the other models and quietly explained what to do to them as three of them stood around the bench while Alicia remained in her position. "Alicia, don't move. Your perfect just like that." He said, taking a few pictures of all of the girls. "Alright, go have fun. I will take pictures of you randomly and hopefully get a few good shots."

Alicia smiled. "Okay." She said. After many other photos were being taken Danny told them to do their own thing and to have fun. Alicia looked around wondering what to do. She walked over to the Garden set. She sat on her knees knealing down. She began to plant something with a few of the other models. They were talkign with one another. It was pure hapiness with smiles and laughes. Danny was taking pictures of everyone while the models were just doing their things. Alicia chatted with the other models getting to know them. They were all jsut having a good time planting some flowers. It was just a lot of fun to Alicia.

Danny continued taking pictures of them as they ran around doing different things all day long. When the sun finally began to set, he started to wrap it up as the models headed home. Alicia was walking to her car when she dropped something and Danny got out his camera in a heartbeat, calling her name and wanting to surprise her with a portrait picture.

Alicia had dropped her car keys out of her hands after swaying them along her side. She dunked down to snatch them off of the ground. After rising once again Danny pulled out his camera and snapped a suprise photo of her. Alicia quickly grew a smile at Danny. "Thanks for taking my photos. It was alot of fun." Alicia called towards him. She began to walk towards him so he could hear her a little bit better. She hadn't gotten the chance to talk to Danny very much. They were both very busy all day.

He walked over to her, meeting her half way before he held up his camera, shaking it a bit in the air with a smirk. "Want to see how a model really looks?" He asked before showing her the picture he just took of her. It was one he took as soon as she stood up, before she looked at him or smiled. Her hair was over her shoulders, her face was perfectly serious yet relaxed, and the sunset sky was on fire behind her with colors of pink and yellow and orange and purple. "You are more beautiful when you are not thinking so hard about something. You are a model not only in front of a camera, but everywhere else too. Wether in jeans and a t-shirt or a beautiful dress. That is true art. That is why I have this job." He changed the picture to show her when she was laughing in the garden. "I love to capture people's inner beauty, not just outer."

Alicia heard listened to him when he spoke. She nodded her head, "Thanks for the tip. I think that will help alot." Alicia said with a soft smile on her lips. That was alot of help for Alicia because she was knew and was in the process. Her eyes watched the camera as he flicked through the pictures as he talked to her. Her smile grew into a grin. "Your a really good photographer. You can tell you were born to do this." Alicia said honestly as she studied her pictures he was showing her. She had no idea how good some of them were. They were beautiful. Alicia would love to do another photoshoot with Danny. He was nice and knew what he was doing.
