Roxi jogged across the boardwalk and headed down towards the end of the pier. It was rather quiet today and she liked how there were barely any people around to get in her way. Running was Roxi's way of working out and when there were a ton of people on the pier where her run usually ended it made it hard to get through. But today was different, the weather was warm but not hot and a constant cool breeze kept you from getting to extremely warm.
Today her work out outfit consisted of a pair or spandex shorts with a white jersey shorts on top as well as a hot pink shorts bra on top and a ipod case strapped to her upper arm. Her long dark hair was pulled out of her face and into a ponytail that fell down her back.
When she reached the end of the pier she stopped and took deep breaths to slow her heart rate. Pressing the pause button on her ipod she pulled the headphones out of her ears and let them drape around her neck as she caught her breath once again.
When her breathing returned to normally and she had cooled down she turned to look out at the ocean in front of her. The sun was high in the sky and a few puffy white clouds wisped through the sky as well. Sweat glistened on Roxi's toned stomach and chest as she checked the time on her ipod.

Aaron ambled on the wooden pier, noticing the lack of people. He looked out to see the calm aqua ocean on this nice day. He was currently taking a break from his job at Starbucks, and decided the pier would be peaceful.
Aaron was dressed in dark wash jeans, not skinny or anything, with a grey shirt hidden underneath his black hooded coat. Covering his feet were a pair of navy blue vans, his favorite shoes that were over-worn. His hair was messy, but short and the color of chocolate.
His gray eyes scanned the pier noting a girl in a gym outfit. He noticed her, and causualy walked near her. He came up behind her, and whispered 'boo' in her ear. He waited for her screamed as he came around and faced her. "Hello foxy Roxi!" he joked, adding a steady chuckle. She had piercing eyes, and was considard sexy. But Aaron knew her, and her tricks, but he had a few up his sleeve as well.

The sudden sound of a male's voice in her ear made her jump and she turned to face the familiar face of Aaron Kentz. She narrowed her eyes playfully at him before smacking him on the arm. He was always playing tricks on her and he knew that she hated it when people scared her.
"God Aaron! Don't do that!" she replied, before turning so her body was facing him. He was dressed warmly than she was but he hadn't just ran seven miles like she had so he had reason to be dressed differently.
Her and Aaron had an interesting relationship. They were friends but whenever they were together there was a lot of sexual tension. It would sometimes get to the point where they just wanted to rip each other's clothes off and most of the time they didn't but if they were alone then there was no telling what could happen. And one of the things that Roxi liked to do the most was make him sweat. She was always trying to seduce him and make him squirm. It was one of her own personal hobbies she enjoyed.
Taking a couple steps towards him so she was very close, she looked up at him with her light sky blue eyes, a piece of her dark black hair falling into her face but she ignored it as she stared him down.
"So Mr. Kentz, what brings you out here to torment an innocent woman like myself?" she asked him, her voice soft and seductive as she spoke the words, her body still glistening with moisture from her long run.

Aaron played along, coving the the five star with his palm. "Bahh!" he yelped in fake pain. He would of attempted to smack her back, but "men" weren't suppose to hit women. He kissed himself on the arm before returning to Roxi.
"Nice outfit," he greated. Well, it was a nice outft, and it fit her in all the right places. Aaron pinched himself to not think like that and let out a brief chuckle.
As she took steps forward, he felt himself stepping backwards, but held himself steady. He looked down at her, as he was 6'11. "Hello Miss. Roxi," he welcomed. Oh, how he wanted to kiss her right now. No, he shouldn't, he shall be a gentleman.
He really liked Roxi, the friends stage was hard, and they had already had a fling or two. He slowly slid off his hoddie, leaving himself in his plain grey t-shirt. He checked his watch, seeing he had plenty of time left of his break. He smiled at Roxi, and she smiled back.

When he didn't answer her question but instead commented on her outfit she narrowed her eyes at him playfully before glancing down at what she was wearing as if she had forgotten. Her hot pink sports bra gave her nice looking cleveage while her white jersey shorts and black spandex were rather short but just long enough to leave enough to the imagination.
When her gaze looked back up at him she smiled wider as she saw his own gray eyes shift to look down at her lips as if he were thinking about kissing her but she knew him well enough to know he wouldn't do it. He was to chicken. A playfulness came over her and she had noticed how he had almost stepped back when she stepped closer.
Taking yet another step closer so they were face to face, only a couple inches seperated their lips at the moment. She smiled and her cat like eyes gleamed with mischief as she glanced down at his lips, making it obvious what she was thinking about. After a moment she raised her gaze once again and tilted her head to the side once more. Putting one hand on the top railing of the pier, she waited a momet before rising up onto her tip toes so she was almost level with him. She was somewhat tall for a girl but he still remained taller than her.
"You know, it's pretty obvious what you're thinking right now. I dare you to do it." she said softly, a sly smirk on her face as she watched his reaction to her dare. She knew that he was thinking of kissing her and she wanted him too but he wouldn't of his own free will because they were in public and he didn't seem to be a big fan of pda.
She also knew that he would know what she was talking about because she wanted the same thing. And she knew from experience that guys had a hard time turning down a dare. Because it seemed like it was a direct assault to their manliness.

Aaron felt nervous. She was an actress after all. He quickly thought on his feet, and refferd back to her earlier question. "I dabbel in, uh, pier petrol." He stated as he watched her eyes. They stared at his lips. He wanted to kiss her, but something felt off. Why was this so complex, they could have a thing or fling. He turned to her ear and whispered, "my place?" before grinning. He may regret it,but life was about making mistakes, right?
Something came over Aaron and hr leaned in and gave her a kiss. He normally hated PDA but there weren't many people out on the pier. He broke away, with a smirk on his face that read: "I'm not chicken. His eyes glittered as he kissed her again, just a peck on the lips. He grabbed her hand and began to walk the way he came toward his car.
Aaron had many bottled emotions inside, waiting to explode. He merley forgot about work, but decided someone would cover, he was a manager after all. Supringly enough he did not regret his display of public effection, though he might later. After all, there was chemistry between them.

A surprised smile crossed Roxi's face when Aaron pressed a kiss to her lips. She really hadn't thought he would do it and when he whispered in her ear she giggled before looking down and then turning her gaze back up to meet his eyes.
"What makes you think I'm that easy?" she teased, she liked playing with and teasing him. Though they had hooked up in the past she wasn't sure if she was in the mood for another hook up. At least, not right now. Right now she just wanted someone to flirt with, possibly make out as well.

Aaron squeezed Roxi's hand, kissing her on her check. "Because I know you," he whispered. It felt good to be kissing her again, hopefully a fling. He let go on her hand, and wrapped his arm around her shoulder. He felt relaxed, as the ocean waves calmed him down.
As he walked closer to the car he asked her something. "Are you ready?" he asked, meaning if she was ready to drive to his apartment. He leaned against his car door, an old convertible that was his present for passing college. He held her close, not wanting to let her go. He knew if he had a real relationship she may not commit, so a fling was their thing.

Roxi raised her eyebrows as if she couldn't believe that he would know her that well though she knew him just as well. Yet so far today he had been full of surprises. For one, he would have never kissed her in public. And two, whenever they did have a fling they usually didn't plan it or even initiate it on purpose.
He was her friend and she tried not to let sex get in the way of their friendship and they hadn't had a hook up in awhile. And she did like him, she liked pushing his buttons and he liked getting on her nerves. They just worked. As they reached his car she narrowed her eyes at him once more as if she was trying to figure him out. Finally when he didn't say anything to give away what had gotten into him she looked down at her sweaty self and then glanced back up at him, leaning a hip against his car.
"But I'm all sweaty and gross." she complained, gesturing to her still sweaty body from her run just moments earlier.

In all truth, Aaron didn't know what came over him. Maybe it had been too long, or maybe he was just lonely, but he couldn't change his mind know. After all, it was probably too late. He thought about her question, a grin appearing on his face. Look, you're only half way dressed, it will save us time," he chuckled. He still was unsure about why he was doing this, it really was't like him.
For some reason, Aaron felt sick. Not like the flu sick, but nervous. He liked another girl, and kissed her a day or two ago, but she never called back. He tried to be a gentleman, but when he say Roxi, and the sun reflexing off her sweat back, he couldn't resist. He loved the way she was playful with him, and how she was sexy without trying.
"Are you coming or not?" he asked, feeling the car burn through his shirt, as it conducted heat from the sun.

Roxi came over to stand in front of him, crossing her arms and leaving only a little bit of space between them. Looking up at him, her light blue eyes shone as she looked him over. Something had him fixed and excited, she could tell.
"I'll come if you tell me what's got you all excited and horny." she replied, a sly smirk on her face as she remained standing in front of him. Uncrossing her arms she put her hands on her hips and stood with her feet and shoulders squared, demanding an answer.
It was probably a girl. That was at least what she was guessing anyway. He had probably liked her but she hadn't liked him as much and now he was looking for a rebound. But she didn't say anything of her theory and instead waiting patiently for his response.

Aaron's grey eyes scanned Roxi, seeing she wasn't playing too much, she seemed serious. He studied her face, every little detail. She seemed unwilling, which was not what he expected from her, normally it was her begging him. He studied her face once again before he spoke.
”I don’t know,” he started. He really didn’t, it was probably the other girl. ”I just, I don’t really know…wait, do you already have another fling or something?” he asked, changing the topic to her. As she uncrossed her arms he crossed his and took a step away from the car that was burning him. “You have another guy don’t you,” he started, feeling unsure.
He didn’t know who, but probably someone up her ally. He wasn’t really /her/ type, but they worked together. He slowly studied his shoes, worn Vans, so he could escape eye contact. In all truth, he loved the mystery of Roxi, always surprising him, and kept him guessing.

When he claimed to not know what had him fixed she narrowed her eyes a bit before stepping back so he could stand up and not lean on his car though she remained rather close. When he changed the subject to her she turned away and went to stand next to him, looking out over the hood of his car before turning to face him again. Her light blue eyes gazed up at him with very little playfulness in them.
"I HAD a fling, yes. But that's not the point. The point is you don't usually walk up to me and suggest having sex right off the bat. Usually it just happens. So what's up with you? And don't say you don't know because I know you do." she replied, as she admitted to having a one night stand with Logan, though she didn't mention the guy's name.
This wasn't about her anyways, even if she did have a past fling it was just a fling and didn't mean anything. Plus it was him they were talking about.

Aaron glared right back at her, annoyed that the focus of the subject went back to him. He combed his fingers through his coffee-colored hair thinking of what to say next. She made him think on his feet, not one of his strong suits. He felt as if he was wearing a mask, not wanting what to show his true colors.
"I uh, I feel like a new man," he stuttered. He knew she knew the real reason, about Fawn. ”There’s this girl who only thinks as me as a friend, which I thought more of her, and GG posted a picture of us and I need to get over her because I really do like you.” He blurted. He couldn’t believe he just said that. He knew it was crazy, but he sort of /loved/ Roxi, even though there weren’t suppose to be any springs attached.
He felt sick-er now, and just wanted her to get in the car, or he was ready to drive away to the middle of nowhere.

She knew he wasn't very good at lying on the spot so when he finally did speak she knew he was telling the truth. She had heard about the girl he had kissed and GG had somehow gotten a picture of the two of them and posted it. But apparently the girl hadn't called him back or anything after the picture had been posted or something.
"Alright. Let's go." she said simply, climbing into the convertible without even opening the door. A deal was a deal. If he told her what was on his mind then she had said she would go with him and so she would.
The last thing he had said though was still spinning around in her mind. Had he really meant it when he said he really actually liked her? He had said it and he wasn't a good liar, at least not when he was trying to lie to her. Did she feel the same way? She did like him, a lot. But their relationship was complicated and it was hard for her to know what to think when it came to him.
